We send your order overnight via UPS in specially constructed, refrigerated shipping containers to keep your seafood cold, delicious, and at the peak of freshness. Your lobsters are fresh-packed on ice to keep your seafood fresh and delicious. It is imperative that someone be at your address to accept the package upon arrival as a signature is required.
Before accepting your package of Maine Lobsters from the carrier, please inspect it carefully. If there are any concerns with the quality of your Maine lobsters, please let the carrier know BEFORE he leaves your premises.
Maine lobsters require immediate refrigeration. They should be cooked within 12 hours of receipt.
